General entry conditions

Entry

Entry to the show is made in accordance with the valid Show Regulations of the FCI and MEOESZ. By entering in the online system, the dog owner agrees to comply with them and recognises them as binding on him/her.

The Entrant is obliged to familiarise himself/herself with and accept the following regulations:

According to the show regulations, the entry cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another entrant or to another dog.

Only dogs with an FCI pedigree can be entered into the show, and one dog can be entered into one class only.

You only can enter online. We cannot accept entries received by facsimile (fax) or e-mail. The entry is for a specific dog, and dogs can only be exchanged in exceptional cases (see below), if authorised by the organising association.

Online entry

Pre-registration is required for entry, and then participant can enter after logging into the system.

A valid entry in the online system can only be made if the entry fees are paid (online bank card payment), if this is not done or the entrant pays the entry fee in any other way, the system will automatically cancel the entry.

After successful registration and payment, the system will send the related invoice by e-mail, which, however, does not qualify as a registration confirmation, but only confirms the fact of registration and payment.

The confirmations (the confirmation link) will be received by the entrant by e-mail the week before the show. Registrations are processed continuously until the last week before the show, and entrants can find the current status on the online interface (website).

Entry data

The entrant is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the online registration. It is not possible to modify the data after the entry deadlines have expired.

The so-called registered user is the entrant himself/herself, the entrant and the dog owner must agree in all cases. We do not assume responsibility for data entered incorrectly by the entrant and for errors in them. If we find information in the entry that differs from the pedigree, it will be automatically corrected.

Correction of data entry errors

The entrant may correct his/her own data and the data of the entered dog until the entry deadline, as long as these corrections do not affect the entry class and price, and these corrections will be taken into account. The entrant can do all this on this online interface after logging in. Data affecting the entry class and price can only be changed by modifying the entry for a modification fee.

Modification of entries

The entrant has the opportunity to modify the entry after the entry and payment, if the organising association has authorised it, and there is still a valid entry deadline for the given show (on the Editable entries page) as follows:

• Change Class - this is possible for a Reclassification fee determined by the show organiser 
• Change Dog - this is only possible if the show organiser authorises it at the given show, in this case a change fee is applicable
• Change Date - change of show day, only allowed if the show organiser holds several show at the same time and the show days directly follow each other, and it authorises the change of the show day between them: in this case this is allowed and a change fee is applicable

Cancellation of entry

The entry can be cancelled only until the closing of the entry deadline and is only allowed in veterinary cases, with the attachment of the documentation. The procedure is subject to a fee at MEOESZ events. In the case of FCI International CACIB and national CAC exhibitions at MEOESZ and its member organizations, the determination of the applicable fee falls within the competence of the MEOESZ Presidency.

Entry fee

Regarding the entry fee category, the day on which the full entry fee is calculated is the day on which the full amount is paid. We will inform the entrants about the full amount of the entry fee before payment, therefore we cannot accept any complaints about this afterwards.

We can only accept entries if the full entry fee is paid.

Payment method

In the case of online payment, we can only accept card payments, not bank transfers.

We are unable to cover the costs of bank transfers.

The entry fee must be paid even in the event of absence.

If the entry fee of a dog is not received by the last entry deadline, or only part of it is paid, its entry will not be included in the catalog, so your dog cannot be presented at the show.

Invoicing

After payment of the entry fee, the system automatically issues an invoice with the entrant's data in the system (the registered user is the entrant, and the entrant is the owner of the entered dog). The entrant may modify his/her own data at any time, but this will only apply to subsequent entries and related invoices. It is not possible to provide separate billing information in accordance with the valid entry rules.

Age limit

The age limit is determined by the day of the judging.

Animal health

According to the animal health rules in force in Hungary, proof of valid rabies vaccination(s) is mandatory before entering the exhibition area! Entry into the country from EU and non-EU countries is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Dogs with docked tails and cropped ears may participate in the exhibition and will be judged together with dogs with undocked tails and cropped ears.

Data protection

We would like to inform you that dog shows are public events during which the Organising association, invited press representatives and visitors may make photo, audio and video recordings of the event. By submitting your entry, you expressly consent to the inclusion of you and your entered dog in the photo, audio and video recordings made at the event, and these recordings will be used as described above.

This consent is free of charge, non-exclusive, and the use is without time or territorial restrictions.

Cancellation of the exhibition

If the show is cancelled by the organising association's own decision, the Civil Code (2013 Act on the Administration of the Economy) shall apply. 

If the show cannot be held based on epidemiological regulations or other official decisions, the rules of the Civil Code regarding impossibility shall apply, neither party is responsible for the official decision, the organizing organization and the service provider shall be entitled to the consideration for the services already performed, and the difference shall be returned to the entrant.
